New Client Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Effective November 1, 2025, all new clients will be required to pay a deposit at the time of scheduling to reserve an appointment. A $56 deposit will be collected for exams, including drop-off visits, and a $100 deposit for surgeries. These deposits will be applied toward your final bill at the time of your visit.
- Cancellations: Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the new date but will not be refundable.
- No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
